"To support the rise of Kobar tourism and the launching of several tourist villages in Kobar, the Tourism Office has programmed tour guide training for beginners, especially tour guides in Tourism Villages," said Wahyudi.

This training aims to make tour guides understand the basic concepts of tour guiding, build a network of fellow tour guides and how to become a professional tour guide. The material was delivered by 3 resource persons, namely Drs. Wahyudi, M.Si Head of the West Kotawaringin Regency Tourism Office, H. Yomie Kamale, SS, Head of Central Kalimantan, Indonesian Tourist Guide Association (DPD HPI Kalteng), and Arif Setyo Nugroho, West Kotawaringin Regency, Indonesian Tourist Guide Association (DPC HPI Kobar).
